The Site

Shorecrest Villas are located inside the main entrance of The Shores, just off Shorecrest Circle. This circular subdivision access road is home to the private tennis court (nominal membership fee applies) and boat storage facility that is offered on a first come, first served basis, with a fee based on the size of the boat or trailer.

Each residence has been designed featuring modern open concept living and entertaining areas. The ground floor is open throughout and we have incorporated the concept of bringing the outside in. The living and dining area seamlessly flow into the contemporary up-scale kitchen which blends into the outside amenities. The kitchen will be outfitted with stainless steel gas appliances which will be mirrored by the gas cooking facilities in the outdoor kitchen.

Our first level bedroom is very spacious, with the added convenience of a walk-in shower keeping in mind residents of any stage of mobility.  The space would also be suitable for a home office or playroom for the kids.

Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms all outfitted with custom walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. We have considered modern living concepts where each family member has their own full suite. Our beautifully designed balconies lend a fantastic view of the garden landscape.

Our spacious rear patio lends itself to island style alfresco entertaining. The covered deck and outdoor kitchen is perfect for those folks who enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. The family sized saltwater pool will offer owners the flexibility of cooling-off during our summer months, which is year round by the way.  Separate fenced in areas for each residential unit allow for small children and pets to have an outdoor yard to play in and give you peace of mind that they will not wander off.
