The Villas

Shorecrest Villas are designed as individual homes for family living, with the added convenience of a Strata.

Each Villa consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a full bathroom that is accessible to a vast majority of mobility levels.  This bedroom can also function as a playroom, private office or den. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms with large walk-in closets and en-suite baths.  There is a luxurious modern kitchen with stainless steel gas appliances, a saltwater pool, covered sun deck, an outdoor gas kitchen complete with overhead lighting, BBQ grill and bar sink, and a one car garage.

The total envelope amounts to a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living and entertaining space coupled with a private fenced garden area (depending on the plan selected, the garden area ranges in size from 2,500 – 4,500 square feet).
